We are 60 days out from the big day! This past weekend we went to Las Vegas with friends and had a great time. Travel can certainly throw a curve ball in your exercise and diet routine. I realized before I left it would be hard to not cheat a little. I did indulge in a few drinks and some caffeine while there! Thank you Starbucks for the additional energy! I stayed on track with my eating and found myself not really wanting to cheat. Now that I’m home it’s back to the grind and getting prepared for the upcoming weeks. My bachelorette party is in a few weeks and I have my final dress fittings so it’s really important that I stay motivated.
This is the last stretch of the year for my clients and often the most challenging especially with the holidays coming up. Last week, I weighed in a client who was 27 pounds less than when she started in July. It was crazy exiciting for both of us. She has been working hard and it’s awesome when you can see it pay off. It was a great reminder of how happy I am helping people achieve their own goals.
I have been adding in a day or two of high intensity interval training and wanted to share it with you. Make sure you have a timer, towel, and some water. Enjoy and please let me know if you have any questions.
