It’s Monday and I have created a great workout you can do at home! I have posted a series of videos on my YouTube channel that will take you through your A Day workout. All you need is a towel or mat, stability ball, and a resistance band and you are ready to workout.
Reverse Crunches on stability ball- 3 sets of 12
Planks- 3 sets of 30 seconds
1a. Leg Curls- 3 sets of 10-12
1b.Push-ups- 3 sets of 10-12
Complete all sets of 1a and 1b before moving on to the next two exercises.
2a. Squats- 3 sets of 10-12
2b. Rows with resistance band- 3 sets of 10-12
Complete all sets of 2a and 2b before moving on to the next two exercises.
3a. Side-steps with resistance bands- 3 sets of 10-12
3b. Tricep dips on chair- 3 sets of 10-12
